Job vacancy: Night Shift Supervisor (m/f) – Part-time
ATS Transport B.V. is a dynamic and growing transport company based in Wijchen.
We provide a wide range of courier and transport services, both nationally and internationally.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor who ensures that everything runs smoothly — even at night!
What will you do?
As a Night Shift Supervisor (minimum of 2 days per week), you are responsible for keeping operations running smoothly during the night shift. You are the main point of contact for drivers, oversee the planning, and ensure that the flow of goods is handled efficiently and on time. You don’t mind that working hours may vary.
Who are you?
You monitor the execution of activities, quickly solve any issues that arise, and ensure proper handovers. When necessary, you are willing to join a route yourself or assist the team — flexibility is your strength. You enjoy taking a hands-on approach and supporting the team wherever needed. You have experience in logistics or transport, stay calm under pressure, and communicate clearly. You are a natural leader with a strong sense of responsibility.
